- Great morning @ Catalyst!
- Playing God is an incredible series... it is seriously stretching me.
- Who are you inviting to Catalyst for Easter? You've got two weeks...
- Have you seen the new video on our landing page? That's who we are.
- We have an amazing group of Ministry Team Representatives. Casey has a great recap of our first meeting.
- I'm ready for Catalyst to move... what about you?
- Our staff is spending the day @ Buckhead on Tuesday. Love that place...
- Rumor has it that Casey is giving lessons this week in preparation for the big bowling event on Saturday...
- Put together a swing set for Logan yesterday, and he is loving it! Appreciate the help, Chris!
- We had a fantastic weekend! Not sure where the warm weather went, though... it was ridiculous yesterday.
- Enjoyed having Shannon up to stay with us this weekend!
- The time change is still messing with me... I do not like losing an hour of sleep.
- I continue to be amazed at what God is doing in the life of little Cohen! That child is truly a miracle! Keep praying for the McGowan's... and you can continue following their updates here.
- Carolina wrapped up the ACC Regular Season Championship and secured the #1 seed in the ACC Tourney with a big win over Duke last night.
- It always feels good beating the Dookies @ Cameron. I do believe that's 3 years in a row...
- Uh, hey Greg... what's that in your face?
- Fear not... they are accepting applications for the Duke Flopping Camp.
Okay, that's all for now... happy Sunday everybody!
Cool thoughts.
How old are you guys as a church? Sounds like your pretty new. The whole North Point Strategic Partners idea is pretty cool. How are you liking it?

LOL! I don't want to start any rumors, but people were at my house practicing bowling last night. I did not, though!

:: inworship - thanks for commenting! our church is just under two years old. we'll actually be celebrating two years in april.
as far as being a strategic partner... we love it. the staff @ north point and their two campuses are incredibly helpful and encouraging. they provide a tremendous amount of support and insight. also, the relationships we've been able to build with the other partners is huge. they're in the trenches with us... some are a little ahead of us and some are coming up right behind us. we learn so much from each other... what works, what doesn't, etc. it's great!
:: casey - does wii bowling count? if so... i'm going to dominate =)

2 years. That's cool. I remember the early days of our church and I remember being mobile. It's a huge job, but I loved every minute of it.
I can see how having a "big brother" of sorts is really beneficial. The discussion on my current post is discussing a lot of how we do church and there are definitely some that don't agree with the satellite church. I however see great value in it.
We've been talking about satellite's because of space issues. We are land locked and I think it could be a really incredible thing to spread our church throughout the community in different areas of the city.
Sounds like Catalyst is really at an exciting time!
