if you were on twitter last night, you may have read about my adventures in putting together a train table for logan. it took about four hours... which i thought was pretty good, considering the instructions may as well have been in chinese, and the box said to "allow 4-6 hours for assembly".
i'll admit, four hours is a long time to spend putting together one toy. especially when there are still toys left to be put together before the big day tomorrow. but you know what... every single minute of every single thing i do for him is worth it. there is absolutely no greater reward than seeing my son's eyes light up. if you have children, you understand what i'm talking about.
i absolutely cannot wait for tomorrow morning. to watch logan walk out of his room, down the hall, and into the living room to see what santa brought him.
here are a couple of pics from the night... (click to enlarge)
Well, you really accomplished a great feat in putting together the table from the included train table plans, but well worth the effort! Congratulations!
