okay... it's time to get serious, folks.
the lovely house pictured above is my house in greenville, south carolina. it's been on the market going on four months. i'm tired of having two house payments. it's time for that thing to sell.
not only is the house in fantastic condition (we built it in 2006... and we're clean freaks), the location is great, the neighborhood is quiet... and it's a freaking steal.
let's be honest. the housing market sucks everywhere. we know we're not going to get what it's worth. but i need to get something. it's available for sale, or for lease, or for lease/purchase, or for trade (not really)... basically whatever happens first.
so here's the deal: pass this link on to anyone and everyone you think may be interested in purchasing a home in the greenville area. heck, pass it on to people who couldn't care less... at this point, i don't care. tell them to contact me if they're interested.
here's the really sweet part... if the home is purchased/leased/whatever by someone who you referred to us through this blog... i'll pay you. i'm not saying how much, but i'll make it worth your while. trust me.
If I pass the link on, will you pay me? =)

I've been praying for your house to sell. If it does, will that count?

Ok, so I have one friend in SC. No idea if she lives anywhere near this house. But hey, I passed the information on to her! I am trying!

And if I lived in SC, I would totally buy that house! It is gorgeous!

Was in Greenville last week for the first time. Will be traveling there on business for the next several months and will do what I can to spread the word.
